This is a drawing practice this afternoon. I am putting this up now for the other students to refer.

I went to take pictures for the Cheerobics 2009 competition at the Zouk carpark yesterday. The weather was blazing hot in the afternoon and I was baked under it while waiting for the teams to do their routine. Thankfully Astrid turned up and she got me a free VIP seat thanks to her sister who is working in Youth Empire. You rock!!
For those who didn’t know the result, we won. Again. 5 years in a row. We almost thought we are not going to win since their routine wasn’t perfect and some of you were crying when you got off the stage. Well thankfully the judges seemed to think that a small tumble isn’t going to hurt our chance that much and so we are CHAMPIONS again! While our girls went up to the fron to get their trophy and photograph taken, I was standing way at the back with the only other competitor in the Secondary School category and I saw them bursting into tears. Sigh.
All the signs seems to say this is the last time ever that there is a Secondary School category for this Cheerleading competition. Is this the end of the road for the Sizzlers?
For now, we celebrate the champions.
Here I am showing the steps for making your Self-portrait look like a Cubist work after Picasso. For those of you who are just visiting this blog, this is a Secondary One painting assignment. I will be showing further examples of this painting in the next few days to illustrate the process to the Sec Ones who are doing their self-portraits.
First you start off with an outline contour drawing of yourself.
Then you cube it like a Picasso!
…more to come!
